Dr. Smith-Blackwell received her medical education and training in Family Medicine at State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo Medical School. Her Career spans thirty (30) years in Western New York and includes experience in Public Health at both the State and County levels; as well as experience as Chief Executive Office (CEO) and President of Sheehan Memorial Hospital.
